Hello and welcome to Seasons of Story, an online blog and community, devoted to books, art, creativity and seasonal joys.
I’m so happy you’re here!
I’m Miranda Mills, the founder of Seasons of Story. Within this online community, I share exclusive content for both free and paying subscribers.
My biggest passion is sharing my love for excellent writing, and my goal is to encourage every individual to develop a life-enhancing reading habit, however limited their time.
Having previously worked in both the book and education industries, I am now a full-time writer and literary content creator, with a blog, youtube channel and instagram account dedicated to my passion for literature. I’m also the author of The Country Commonplace Book and am currently working on more books related to my love of literature and slow, seasonal living.
As the founder of Seasons of Story, I celebrate the connections between literature, art and the natural world, creating small stories of each season to enjoy throughout the year.
I hope being a part of this literary community feeds your own creativity and inspires you to take some time for yourself each week, to restore and recover from the noisy bustle of everyday life, as you dip into the essays, artwork and poetry shared.

This was an unexpected joy to wake up to this morning! I am so excited to be in it from the ground floor. Wishing you much luck (although it's just plain hard work) on your success.
Lovely Miranda! I am looking forward to one more book club. It gets me to read more books, find new authors and books, and an excuse to buy more books. On the other hand, more books are a problem, at least in my little house: double-stacked bookshelves, books stacks all over the house, and the constant question: what book to keep and what book to give away? I know it is a luxury question, and I am so lucky to have the means to buy books, so I have no complaints. You all have a great week, and I am looking forward to keeping up with this community.
